On 2 October, Telepath passed Anthropic’s review and became publicly available in the Claude Directory. A project that started as a custom MCP service now had a public listing people could find and connect themselves.

Bring your conversations into Claude

The connector gives Claude access to the Telegram conversations you share with Telepath. Ask it to search messages, find agreements, read shared files, use voice transcripts or help you send a reply.

Connect through the Claude Directory, sign in with Telegram and complete the Telegram chat setup using the same account. The device-specific steps are in our current setup guide.

Optional workflows, too

After the connector launch, we also published the Telepath Claude plugin. It adds ready-made workflows for connecting Telegram, catching up on messages, preparing a conversation brief and drafting a reply.

The connector and plugin have different roles: the connector provides access to Telepath, while the optional plugin adds workflows around that access. You can start with the connector alone.
