Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Telepath, a product of lemma (lemma.company). By connecting Telepath to your Telegram and AI accounts you agree to them.

The service

Telepath connects your Telegram Business account to an AI assistant of your choice (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude or Grok), so you can search and read your business chats and, if you enable it, reply to them and transcribe voice messages.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13, and you may only connect a Telegram account you own and control.

Your responsibilities

You are the owner and data controller of your business inbox. You are responsible for using Telepath lawfully and for handling your contacts' data in line with the laws that apply to you, including any notice or consent your jurisdiction requires.
You must comply with Telegram's Terms and the terms of the AI provider you connect.
Do not use Telepath for spam, harassment, surveillance of others, impersonation, or anything unlawful. Do not use archived data to build datasets or train models.
Messages sent through the connector reach real people as you — review the recipient and wording before sending.

Payments

Paid features (currently voice transcription) are billed in Telegram Stars through Telegram, as one-time passes or subscriptions. Prices are shown before purchase and may change. Refunds are handled per Telegram's Stars rules; contact us if something went wrong.

Availability & changes

The service is provided "as is," without warranties, and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.

Termination

You can stop at any time — send /deletedata to erase your data and remove the bot in Telegram. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or the law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, lemma is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for messages you send, content you archive, or the acts of the AI provider or Telegram.

Telepath is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Telegram, OpenAI, Anthropic or xAI.
